1 EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: Fruits and vegetables contain fibers to help you feel healthy. That fibers help you to prevent from different disease as fruits and vegetables contain nutrients that boost your body and also it helps you to prevent from different deficiency diseases. 
Try some of these tips to introduce more fruits and vegetables in to your diet.

  • Eat the seasonal fruits and vegetables for snacks and for desert. Use the apple ,cherry , carrot, peppers, broccoli or cauliflower in your meal and also can be use as salad.
  • Vegetables can be use as a main meal for example, make stir-fry or healthy salad an also you can add cooked chicken, salmon or nut and almonds.



2 EAT MORE WHOLE GRAIN:In the diet you can eat wheat bread , oat meat , whole wheat pasta , sweet potato, brown rice with all source of energy with limited amount as source of nutrition which can combine with actual combination of protein and vitamins with perfect nutrition.


  • Simple food like white bread and white sugar with processed flour give you energy quickly and doesn't accumulate fat in your body
  • You can eat naturally occurring carbohydrates instead of processed carbohydrates  avoid sweet like candy or sugar product.


3 CHOOSE ENERGETIC FOOD INSTEAD OF FATTY ONES: Protein is body building food and it is important for organ functioning.Avoid red meat that can cause disease.

  • You have to eat low fat dairy product like ghee, panir, cheese, milk  and so on.

6. PERFORMING EXERCISE: Make a habit of doing exercise and yoga that helps to burn fat and the fat excrete out from the body in  sweat that causes the loss of weight and make you fresh and healthy.

  • Start to walk in the morning and in the evening around your neighbourhood which cost nothing and is great in losing weight.
  • If you have a skill of dancing that would be better to excrete fat from sweat.
