For that you have to select your diet , should have to perform regular physical exercise and must have to maintain your lifestyle and also you have to be very careful for maintaining hygiene ,cleanliness and exercise which helps to reduce your fat and also your cholesterol decrease that causes the losing your weight .
- Eat the seasonal fruits and vegetables for snacks and for desert. Use the apple ,cherry , carrot, peppers, broccoli or cauliflower in your meal and also can be use as salad.
- Vegetables can be use as a main meal for example, make stir-fry or healthy salad an also you can add cooked chicken, salmon or nut and almonds.
